Your rights may include:

• Access – you may have the right to request confirmation that your personal data is being processed, along with access to that information. If you are an Oregon resident, you may also request a list of certain third parties (excluding natural persons) to whom your data has been disclosed.

• Deletion – you may have the right to request removal of personal data collected about you.

• Correction – you may have the right to request correction of inaccurate personal data.

• Portability – you may have the right to request a copy of your data in a portable, machine-readable format, where technically feasible.

Opt-out of Data Sharing

We may use third-party cookies or similar technologies that collect information about your online activity to enable interest-based advertising. Other State-Specific Rights

• Residents of California may prevent disclosure of personal data to third parties to only necessary disclosures for the services to function and can exercise additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act. 

In addition, California’s Shine the Light law gives California residents the right to ask companies once a year what personal information they share with third parties for those third partiesʼ direct marketing purposes. If you are a California resident, we will provide the requested information to you at your email address in response.

• Even though we do not sell your data, we inform you that Nevada residents are entitled to opt out of the sale of certain personal information as defined under Nevada law.

Submitting a Request

To exercise your rights, please provide a request that includes sufficient detail to verify your identity and clearly describe the right you wish to exercise at info@spekadol.cy. We will only use the personal data provided in a request to verify your identity and respond to it.

Responses will be provided within the time limits required by applicable law. We may refuse requests that are manifestly unfounded, repetitive, or excessive, in which case we will explain our decision.

Appeals

In certain states, if your request is denied, you have the right to appeal. An appeal must provide enough information to identify the original request and state the grounds for the appeal. We will review and respond within the timeframe set out in applicable laws. If the appeal is again denied, you may escalate the matter to your state’s Attorney General.
